| The Wild win 3-2 tonight, possibly in a shoot out and then Backs stands on his head up to the challenge against Fleury 2-1 in regulation. In Pitt, Backs stands on his head and shuts them out in the 3rd. Plus, Backs is the reason we win these next 2 games, plus the team plays more conservative and smart. | |

| You're off your rocker. Tonight is a possibility. Tomorrow, not so realistic. Not the way they've been playing. | |

| lol if you're gonna make predictions you gotta make them somewhat controversial otherwise there's not really any glory if you're right...much more satisfying if you make a ridiculous one and it ends up happening. | |

| So, for me to say the Wild will lose tonight 3-2 and lose tomorrow 6-1 isn't really that big of a deal then? Hehe. | |

| Well I am 1-1. Not bad when you consider I am not just predicting who wins which would be a 50/50 chance all things being even. I predicted the damn score.
"...plus the team plays more conservative and smart." Tell me that was not spot on. I don't just give you a score, I tell you why. 2-1 in Pitt sounds like a stretch, but I think Backs is going to play the best game of the year tomorrow. He's playing the Stanley Cup champs and will prove himself and the team too will be gunning for the SC champs.

| But no seriously the specific predictions are the ones that actually deserve praise like yours...I hope you're right about tomorrow. | |

| It might be the beer, but I would say I hit at about a 50% rate. And I try to give my reasoning because anyone could say 3-2 every night and do pretty well. That's why normally I like to go out on a limb too like the 6 goal prediction and it is also why I don't predict every game, just the ones I have feelings on. I think my proudest prediction was 2 seasons ago when I predicted a Wild win in Calgary when they were trailing after 2, by 3 if I am not mistaken.
There are a lot of positives to build on tonight and playing the Champs, well, that'll bring out the best in anyone. Sure, we are traveling in a back to back, but Pitt played tonight as well. I just don't recall how good Backs is on the second night of a back to back, but I think it is pretty good. Maybe I jumped the gun on the prediction from tomorrow, but when you get a feeling, you go with it.

| It's eerie...Pittsburgh's plane didn't get into town until 5 AM I guess, so they're even more tired than MN. Which could make for a correct guess number 2. | |

| lol, and they had a shorter distance to travel. any specifics on why the plane was late?
if we beat them again at home this year, Pens fans will be on suicide watch. they were pretty pissed last year.

if we beat them again at home this year, Pens fans will be on suicide watch. they were pretty pissed last year. They said there were mechanical issues with the landing gear or something. So they just flew around in circles I guess.

| Defending champs on home ice...even without Malkin the Pens consider this a gimme. We are done for. We will learn the meaning of slaughter. Pug, I have no idea what you are thinking...you are off your rocker..or whatever piece of furniture you habitually decide to sit on.
There that should help a bit.
