| Backstrom is the only goalie I know of that regularly gives up rebounds out of his own glove... | |

| The Wild figured out if you control the puck, you don't have to worry as much about a very shakey goaltender.

| Got a little lucky with the Sharks hitting 3 pipes that period...and Sheppard continues to be stuck with no goals since something like December 11th...but yes a HUGELY improved period that's for sure. | |
