Period started out good. A quick goal, lots of hits. The back end slowed down quite a bit. Backs is letting a lot of rebounds up. Could easily be 3-0 at least.

Backs always allows a lot of rebounds, thats why he relies on good defense in front of him so much. Thus far the D hasn't been as brainless as in games past. BUT, this was only one period, and this Wild roster has yet to prove they can play all 3.

Nice! PP looked real bad once the 5-3 ended. Mason is making some awesome saves.

Pouliot looks like he is hustling a little more out there. encouraging to see.

Minnesota really outplayed STL that last period.

Hopefully Johnsson isn't out long, it didn't look that bad but he didn't return. Could of/Should of been a penalty, but with that joke of a PP with Havlat dicking around and Schultz's inability to handle the puck and non-stop pinching it wouldn't of helped.

Nolan came out and looked good for 20 seconds, laying a hit.....then he went into his shitty play again. He has no speed, no shot, no hands, I really haven't seen anything out of him consistently this year except turning the puck over, but that's not just him.

and not a goal to show for it.

well it appears with the current trend we will be .500 this season

win all home games

Also 82 points wouldn't get us in the lottery.....If we're gonna not make the playoffs(which at this rate is guaranteed) then we MUST be in the lottery. Hopefully Pouliot continues to play well, they could really use another piece of the puzzle to pop into the picture from within, and as Sheppard's play has cooled off, Pouliot's has gotten better.

You guys remind me of TOMapleLaffs from 3 years ago at CDC. He preached tanking the season all season long.
