Friday is opening day for the winter Olympics! Who else is pumped for some bobsledding, skeleton, snowboarding, etc?!?!

CURLING!

hell yeah! next time we are both in racine, we're going to the Curling Club over by old Rogan warehouse!

I'm obviously pumped. I'm only going to one event, the Womens Gold Medal game.

We only have until April to get back there! I wonder if they operate during summer months. Their calendar doesn't say anything after April.

I'm all for downhill skiing (in those types of outfits)...

...now if Canada can get their snow situation under control! Way to ruin the Winter Olympics!

Well if Vonn is as hurt as they're making her out to be, she won't be skiing. And if she's not skiing, she better get to wearing tiny outfits. Or at least very form fitting/sexy outfits. Just sayin....

Well, from that pic I posted earlier, she's already getting to it... that's a sneak peak of her from the swimsuit issue.

Canada won its first ever home soil Gold medal yesterday on mens downhill mogul.

saw that, was awesome seeing how pumped the crowd was.

the womens moguls were crazy good to watch in the final round

EXACT same scenario in the mens too. Pretty epic way to lose ones cherry.

I agree I thought the moguls were pretty sweet...gotta have extremely strong legs to do that sort of thing..only thing I wondered was how they scored it.

Bode Miller won the bronze in downhill for the USA....cross country skiing on now...need some amazing endurance for that sport.

i loved listening to people say "I am going to do cross country sking for a 1 credit gym class, cake walk!" i'd be in the dorms and hear them friggin groaning about how their legs hurt and shit.

I always wonder how they came up with the Biathlon....you got some cross country skiing...ok that makes sense...then every lap you have to shoot 5 targets with a rifle...woahhh what?

I enjoyed watching the USA women's hockey team game against China yesterday. Thought it was funny when China scored with like 2 minutes left and the Canada fans went nuts.
