Wild To Display New Third Jersey

Sunday, Aug 30th will be the showing of the new 3rd jersey for the Minnesota Wild. It will take place at the MN State Fair. Wild players will be out modeling the jerseys for all to see, as well as our favorite mascot Nordy. Look for it at the FAN booth.

Why does it look like Boogy's jersey is way too small for him in all the photos in the gallery on wild.com?

And I still don't like that the main logo is non existent as a shoulder patch or something.

and they are marketing the shit out of that logo too. Sweatshirts, t's, hats, you name it.

Meh, it's what sports teams do. Create a logo, then market the crap out of them.

ugh, was it this crazy when the reds were used? The way this green logo has blown up is just insane. even Buffalo Wild Wings has a Bud Light neon with that script logo. WTF??!?!

I can say though, on the sweatshirt at the Lodge, it is a pretty cool look. But not on a jersey.

It looks better than I expected when I heard it was going to be a baseball logo. The style of the M, and the star dotting the i and crossing the t saved it come TOTAL disaster.

I guess I am one of the few who really liked the first greens we had to begin with. Wish they would have just done an updated version of that.

I didn't "hate" the old greens, but i like the throwback style sweaters better. I wish we'd do a throw back white or wheat sweater now too.

i like throwbacks too, which i think our reds look more throwback like than the green ones. but to each their own.

hell yeah it is. i love the colors (but i am biased as my favorite color is green), but the logo just isn't doing it for me. I mean, they coulda done the bear head again, it worked well on the old greens and didn't look like over kill.

Like I said, the M and the star saved it from complete disaster, as in it's better than I expected, but I expected something so bad in the first place...

I think the circle logo is the best.

I don't think you'll find a koho one. Haven't seen one of those available in a LONG time now.

I'm done buying sweaters until RBK Edge is out of the picture.

^^that is one reason why i am not really looking into buying one is because of the Edge.

The material just feels like it will snag waaaaay too easy.

I have an EDGE Crosby Pens sweater. It's not terrible material wise. I really don't like buying 2 sizes bigger than I normally would've worn in KOHO/CCM just so it's long enough length wise. But that also makes the sleeves way too long. Never again Reebok. NEVER AGAIN!

no wonder Boogy looks like his is so tight. They only had an XL for the promo shoot and he clearly needs a 3xl to feel comfortable.

Yeah, I bought an authentic 60 when I was wearing a 56 before. They don't even make the replicas beyond a XXL (which I also have a Gaborik that I bought on the ebay for 25 bucks hehe)
